Description: | IN THIS PROJECT-COLLABORATION , THE DNA DAMAGE GROUP AT THE NTUA AND DR. GEORGAKILAS LAB WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS AS REQUESTED BY THE DIVISION PIS AND THEIR AUTHORIZED LAB MEMBERS. THIS WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING: EXPERIMENTAL DATA MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF COMPLEX DNA DAMAGE, SENESCENCE IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES PROVIDED BY DR. KOUMENIS AND UPENN USING FLUORESCENCE AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPY PROTOCOLS ESTABLISHED AT NTUA; INTERROGATION OF PUBLICALLY-AVAILABLE DATABASES (E.G., PIDE, ETC) FOR CORRELATIONS BETWEEN RADIOBIOLOGICAL RESPONSE AND RADIATION THERAPY OUTCOME; ABSTRACT SUPPORT; MANUSCRIPT SUPPORT (SUCH AS THE FOLLOWING): WRITING THE DNA DAMAGE ANALYSIS METHODS SECTION(S), ASSISTANCE IN PREPARING THE RESULTS SECTION(S) AND ANY APPLICABLE FIGURES/TABLES, REVIEWING THE DRAFT MANUSCRIPT(S) PRIOR TO SUBMISSION, ASSISTANCE WITH RESPONSES TO ANY APPLICABLE REVIEWER QUESTIONS, ANY NECESSARY DISCUSSION AND COMMUNICATION NEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH THE AFOREMENTIONED TASKS. |
