Description: IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THIS PROJECT, A HALF-SCALE 2-STOREY MASONRY VAULTED STRUCTURE WILL BE INVESTIGATED USING THE SHAKING TABLE. THE FLOOR OF 1 ST LEVEL WILL BE COMPOSED OF MASONRY TIMBREL VAULT, WHILE THE ROOF OF THE STRUCTURE WILL BE COVERED BY A TIMBER FLOOR. THE SPECIMEN WILL BE EXCITED BY AN INCREASED STEPWISE BASE MOTION FOR DIFFERENT LEVELS OF DAM AGE STATES. PRIOR AND AFTER TIME HISTORIES TESTS, A SINE SWEEP TEST WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIMEN. THE DAM AGED STRUCTURE WILL BE REPAIRED AND TESTED AGAIN. ADDITIONAL, MATERIAL CHARACTERIZATION TESTS (MORTAR, UNITS) WILL BE PERFORMED.
