Description: | THE MEMBERS OF THIS PARTNERSHIP ARE LOCATED IN PLACES THAT HAVE SUFFERED DRAMATICALLY BY THE CONSEQUENCES OF CLIMATE CHANGE. BY IMPLEMENTING THIS PROJECT, WE WANT TO HAVE FUTURE CITIZENS THAT WILL BE AWARE ABOUT THE NEED OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION, MAKE SUSTAINABLE CHOICES AND HAVE THE MINIMUM CARBON FOOTPRINT. STUDENTS WILL HAVE A POSITIVE APPROACH TO STEM SUBJECTS. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND THE USE OF STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY WILL HELP TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IMPLEMENT INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES. A 3D GAME WILL BE CREATED CONTAINING SUSTAINABILITY ISSUES. A MICROCLIMATE CHART WILL BE CREATED. DURING VR COURSE STUDENTS WIL DESIGN THEIR SUSTAINABLE SCHOOLYARDS AND UPLOAD THEM IN VR. TEACHER TRAININGS FOR THIS COURSE WILL BE DELIVERED. A EU CONTEST FOR THE MOST SUSTAINABLE SCHOOLYARD 3D DESIGN WILL BE ORGANISED. SUBMITTED DESIGNS WILL BE UPLOADED IN A VIRTUAL WORLD AND A REPORT ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT WILL BE WRITTEN. 2 LTTS WILL BE ORGANISED IN THE PARTNER SCHOOLS. A 3D GAME, 10 ANIMATIONS ON SUSTAINABILITY, A MICROCLIMATE CHART, 2 VR COURSES (FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION), 2 SCHOOLS' REPORTS, ONLINE TRAININGS FOR TEACHERS TO DELIVER THAT COURSE, AN EUROPEAN SCHOOLS' CONTEST, A VIRTUAL WORLD CONTAINING STUDENTS' DESIGNS AND A REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT WILL BE THE PROJECT RESULTS. SUSTAINABILITY AWARENESS, POSITIVE ATTITUDES TO STEM SUBJECTS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DIGITAL LITERACY OF TEACHERS ARE ADDRESSED IN THIS PROJECT. |
