Description: | HE MAIN THEME OF THE RESEARCH AND TEACHING ACTIVITIES WILL BE IN THE AREA OF DATA-DRIVEN AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) METHODOLOGIES FOR BIOCHEMICAL AND BIOPROCESS SYSTEMS MODELLING AND PREDICTION, OPTIMISATION AND CONTROL. EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS FROM EXPERIMENTS CONDUCTED AT THE PI’S LABORATORY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER WILL ALSO BE APPROPRIATELY UTILISED. THIS WILL CAPITALISE ON THE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE OF THE APPLICANT IN RELEVANT METHODS AND TECHNIQUES. |
