Description: | IN THE FRAME OF THE PROJECT, GEOCHEMICAL RESEARCH WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN GEOTHERMAL FIELD AREAS IN GREECE AND THEIR GEOCHEMICAL FOOTPRINT ON THE QUALITY OF HOT SPRING WATERS WILL BE INVESTIGATED. SAMPLING OF WATER AND SOLID SAMPLES (ROCKS, HYDROTHERMAL DEPOSITS, SOILS) IN GEOTHERMAL FIELD AREAS WILL BE CARRIED OUT. APPLYING MULTICRITERIA STATISTICAL ANALYSES OF THE DATA (PHYSICOCHEMICAL ANALYSES), THE MECHANISM OF MOBILIZATION OF POTENTIALLY TOXIC ELEMENTS THROUGH GEOTHERMAL FLUIDS WILL BE STUDIED. |
