Description: | REDESIGN WIN SUPPORT THE TRANSFORMATION OF LOCAL URBAN FOOD SYSTEMS BY AIMING TO STRENGTHEN URBAN RESJIENCE THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF GREEN URBAN AND PERI-URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE DRIVEN BY THE PRIMARY FOOD SECTOR. BY STRENGTHENING PARTICIPATION IN THE FOOD SYSTEM LOCAL COMMUNITIES (WITH A PCRTICU'-CR FOCUS ON VULNERABLE GROUPS), CONTRBUTE TO THE QUALITY OF LIVING SPACES AND MITIGATE CT.MATE CHANGE THROUGH TNE INTEGRATION OF URBAN AGRICULTURE INFO THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT. FOOD VALUE SYSTEMS (FVS) WILL WORK THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMP'.EMENTAFON OF A LEARNING LOOP' METHODOLOGY BASED ON NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS (NEB) VALUES TO ACCELERATE INNOVATION AT ALL STAGES OF THE SYSTEM (INCLUDING PRODUCTION, CONSUMPTION, OF EXCHANGE, DISPOSAL, AND RECYCLING) THAT WILL EXPAND BEYOND THE CONCEPT OF FO O D " TO INCORPORATE THE CULTURAL, SOCIAL, AND POLITICAL DIMENSIONS OF TRANSFORMATION. |
