Description: A TRANSFORMER BUSHING TYPE GC-500 CONSTRUCTED AND MANUFACTURED BY HITACHI ENERGY WILL BE TESTED UNDER SEISMIC ACTIONS USING THE SHAKING TABLE FACILITY OF LABORATORY FOR EARTHQAUKE ENGINEERING. MOMENTS, DISPLACEMENT, STRAINS AND ACCELERATIONS WILL BE RECORDED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS DURING TESTING. THE CALIBRATION OF MOMENTS WILL BE DONE THROUGH STATIC BENDINGS TESTS, PRIOR TO SEISMIC TESTS. THEN, THE SPECIMEN WILL BE EXCITED BY TRIAXIAL EARTHQAUKE TESTS ACCORDING TO IEEE693-2018 HIGH PERFORMANCE LEVEL RRS 1.0G. INITIAL SINE SWEEP TESTS AND AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE SEISMIC TESTS WILL BE EXECUTED ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CUSTOMER.
