Description: | PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT REQURIES THOROUGH THEORETICAL STUDY FIRST AND EXPERIMENTAL APPROACHES AFTERWARDS. THEORETICAL STUDY INCLUDES SIMULATION AND MODELLING APPROACHES, WHEREAS EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT GOES THROUGH MICROSTRUCTURE EVALUATION AND (MECHANICAL) PROPERTIES DETERMINATION. IN ORDER TO DEVELOP NEW MATERIALS THE METALLURGICAL AND FORMING PROCESSES NEED TO BE STUDIED AND CAREFULLY ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. THIS IS A STEADY EFFORT INCLUDED IN THIS LABORATORY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. |
